Found this last night close to home.

couldnt pass up on it. This is the company who fabricated Myron Mixons cookers before he got all Hollywood. Maxey Fabrications 3x5 water pan cooker.

shes about 10 years old, but I got me another stick burner..
Have:
 XLBGE / Stumps Baby XL / Couple of Stokers (Gen 1 and Gen 3) / Blackstone 36 / Maxey 3x5 water pan hog cooker
Had:
LBGE / Lang 60D / Cookshack SM150 / Stumps Stretch / Stumps Baby

    I forgot...

    I forgot how labor intensive stick burners are.

    i forgot how much fuel they use.

    but I also forgot the flavor profile you get with one.

    ive been cooking on Stumps and Eggs for the last several years.

    The Lang and Maxey definitely offer up a very different flavor 

    holding steady @ 225
