Meads, at least the ones I enjoy are referred to as a melomel style mead. Very viscous, thicker, heavy, and sweet. Lots of fruit and honey flavors. With that said, I never find myself drinking tons of it on its own. Usually just fill a glencarin glass and that’s enough. This particular style is usually higher abv as well.Aubie1 said:
