OT pizza on the roccbox

So after many failed attempts, I think we are finally getting it. Followed gozney’s simple pizza dough recipe, aka pizza dough for dummies. Still have some work to do but after many failed attempts, I’ll take it.

  • By the way, if you had good luck with their base recipe, give their recipe for a NY style crust a shot.  It’s on the Gozney kitchen site.  It’s a little more involved as it uses multiple types of flours, but it’s my family’s clear favorite these days.
