OT pizza on the roccbox
So after many failed attempts, I think we are finally getting it. Followed gozney’s simple pizza dough recipe, aka pizza dough for dummies. Still have some work to do but after many failed attempts, I’ll take it.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

By the way, if you had good luck with their base recipe, give their recipe for a NY style crust a shot. It’s on the Gozney kitchen site.
