    I have also been to Avery Island. I agree with @nolaegghead, it's a really cool place. If I'm ever in the area again, I think I will stop by again.
    There are countless hot sauces on the market, but Tobasco is unique.

    If you like Tabasco, and you like Tennessee Whisky, then you'll like what's called Hot Dickel; (yes, there's a joke in there).

    Right up the road from my hacienda.  The best is their Scorpion sauce.  If you wanna sound like a local, you pronounce the H in MclHENNY.  It has always amazed me that such a small factory is capable of supplying sauce to the friggin world.  Incredible!
    The problem with a problem is that you don't know it's a problem until it's a problem, and that is a big problem.
