    Interested as well.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

I have a hard time getting past the Abuelita Mexican hot chocolate pucks. Gotta whisk the hell out of it, or do like I do, and use the Vitamix.

If you have access to the LaLa UPM, you can actually mix it with dog turds and it is still better than most any hot chocolate you have had.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

I like this basic one which allows me to adjust ratios...skip toppings. Use whole milk. Half and half too rich. Also has a link to a homemade vanilla extract using vodka...haven't tried it yet but its on the list of things to try

My wife was in their ward when she was a kid and they were just starting the hot chocolate gig.  She said he had this awesome hot Chocolate machine in his house.  They have a few varieties that are delicious.

No recipe as such, but it starts with whole milk and this stuff:

Heat up the  milk and whisk in some cocoa. Add Bailey’s, bourbon, Kailua until it seems right. Pour into a mug and add mini marshmallows. Rest until the marshmallows get a bit gooey.

So basically, pour yourself some bourbon.  Simple.  I like it.

There are indeed days when the recipe goes like “pour bourbon. Add hot chocolate. Add more booze. “

Yep. I like to use unsweetened cocoa so I can control how sweet, or how chocolatey,  to make it.
