OT - Tandoori Tikka Masala pizza

Used one-day dough recipe from Elements of Pizza with reduced hydration and salt. Tikka masala cooking sauce (added oil for flavour and easier spreadability), leftover Tandoori chicken, red onion, cherry tomatoes from garden, mozz. It's on our do-again list. Love my Ardore.

shred/pull some tandoori chicken or chicken tikka. Mix with mayo (homemade garlic mayo or aioli really rocks it), chopped red onion, a little extra tandoori or chicken tikka masala/rub, cilantro, some chopped almonds or cashews (toasted). I like chopped Thai green chiles too. Slap 2 slices of bread around it and call it done
