Used one-day dough recipe from Elements of Pizza with reduced hydration and salt. Tikka masala cooking sauce (added oil for flavour and easier spreadability), leftover Tandoori chicken, red onion, cherry tomatoes from garden, mozz.  It's on our do-again list.  Love my Ardore.

Nice. I do a variation of that in my RB and it’s always a crowd pleaser.  Yours looks great.

That one doesn’t have cilantro on top, but of late I have been adding a little of that and it really puts it over the top.

That close up shot is fandamntastic. I make a similar and can attest to JIC pie being at least decent. 😎

    sorry.
It’s not fancy as such, but a great snack made from leftovers.

shred/pull some tandoori chicken or chicken tikka. Mix with mayo (homemade garlic mayo or aioli really rocks it), chopped red onion, a little extra tandoori or chicken tikka masala/rub, cilantro, some chopped almonds or cashews (toasted). I like chopped Thai green chiles too. Slap 2 slices of bread around it and  call it done :)

First had one out of a vending machine at a bus station in England 20+ yrs ago. Have loved them ever since.
