    That breakfast looks REALLY good!!!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Congrats on the Blackstone purchase. Everything I have had on those has been wonderful, and I amsure you will take it to the next level.

I still have one in the box. I have had it for about a year and forgot about it. I realky do need to quit day drinking and get that bad boy out and start cooking.

Granted I only have the 22" but the thing really doesn't burn much gas.  I've been expecting my tank to run out mid cook the last 3-4 times but still going strong.  Guess I'll stop and do a tank exchange on my way home now that I've jinxed it.

I tried to upload last night’s cook but it was 24 minutes long and I never got it done. I tried here and YouTube. I BS’d SmAshburgers, Blackened Chicken Breast’s, and Philly Steak & Cheeses. All were awesome, and I’m doing it again tonight. I’ll post picks.

dldawes1, care to elaborate more on the blackened chicken breasts please when time allows. Thanks
  • Been thinking of adding a BS to the family. I’m leaning toward the 28”, which should be sufficient for my needs. For the BS owners out there, how feasible is it to move the 28” around? It’s primary home will be in the yard, but I’d like to be able to take it tailgating/camping. Any guesses on weight of the griddle top and the base of the cooking station? I saw 75 lbs as a total. I’m looking for a sense of what the two pieces weigh individually. Thanks for the help and happy weekend.

I also  have one in a box, a 28 inch that I got for last years  Father's Day from our Basset Hound.  You know the deal, he got Nana to order it!  Then I had a hip replacement, last summer was as hot and humid as this one, and it got out of the things to do queue.
I retire at the end of August and will get it put up then.
BTW, isn't there a member here that crafts a metal cover?
