Jerk chicken thighs

Simple, spicy cook this weekend. I had half a bottle of Lima Zulu, a very tasty habanero/lime hot sauce from www.damien.cas, and I bought a bottle of Joe Beef's jerk marinade https://www.favuzzi.com/en/product/grill-sauces-marinades/reserve-jerk-sauce-joe-beef-jb12
Marinated the thighs for about 9 hours, then smoked on wild cherry at about 225-250 for about three hours (until it hit about 165). Rested about 20 minutes. They were good.

@marysvilleksegghead
it definitely had some heat, but relative to what I expected (the jerk marinade and especially the Lima Zulu were headsweat hot to taste on their own) it was pretty mellow. Mostly just really tasty flavour with a spicy edge.Toronto ON -

Thanks all. @dmourati I love thighs low and slow. Juicy, tender, nice smoke flavor. Also very relaxed and hard to screw up. Give it a shot!
