    Smoked a 5# chuck roast low and slow for 3.5 hours at 250° till it hit IT of 160. Put it in a pan with some beer, onions and Worcester sauce wrapped tight with foil till it hit 200°. FTC for an hour before shredding it for sandwiches. Even made onion rings! Didn’t pull as easy as pork, but very tasty

    brined some ribs, added jerk seasoning smoked with peach. Fall off the bone tender. Awesome cook, great meal.

    @ColbyLang regarding the pulled beef-I find that it has to cook up into the low 200's-210*F before pulling like a pork butt.  When it probes easy it is ready.  BTW-yours looks great.  congrats.

    I learned that it is difficult to find a brisket on July 3rd here.  Costco was sold out, settled on a 13lb choice from Kroger.  15 hours later, it turned out pretty good!  Served with some Wild Hog Sausage:

    I made a reverse seared prime beef tenderloin, APL recipe, just a different cooking method with lemon walnut green-beans and garlic rosemary smashed potatoes.  I didn’t get any pics of the tenderloin on the grill, but it was fantastic

    Went to my sisters and had hot dogs on the gasser. Came home and maybe ribeye and chicken thighs for the family.
