That Everglades seasoning is good stuff! @Greedygoat where’d you find that cigar city smoked jalapeño sauce at?
My local Publix has it.  Stuff is perfect on smoked fish dip.

Glad it all arrived despite the flooding you are enduring there! Enjoy

Thank you very much. This table is taking a slow boat to Northern VA, some guy named Clarence Thomas. When I asked him if he was related to the famous hockey player, he said no he is on the bench.

I dont have their name to properly thank them but its Going to take a while to get thru this haul. Thanks Nick at Southside Market & BBQ

Got my package today. Thanks @JKellar! Beer is in the fridge to be sampled while I cook some ribs this afternoon. Popcorn will likely not last the hour. Will likely take your advice and try salt on potatoes this evening. I may even put some of the bourbon sauce on my ribs! I look forward to trying the rest soon! Unfortunately, the Islay's suffered a traumatic jar injury, bled out in transit and was DOA. Smelled good though! Just saw one of the salts has ghost pepper. Yum! Thanks, again, John!

Oh no! I hope the bleeding jar didn’t make to much of a mess but glad I put the popcorn in a ziplock.  I hope you enjoy everything!

@rowmsu, I hope you enjoy. As I said, we really enjoy the Pineapple Head and Gamechanger. In fact, we used Gamechanger on ribs yesterday. Please let me know how the other ones are!

Glad it all made it safely.  Let me know if you like the meat church or anything else.  I can send it to you a lot cheaper than paying their shipping fees.  Small flat rate shipping boxes are the way to go.

@nolenut19 thank you for the awesome selection of rubs!!! I am very excited to try these out! Especially the bbq shrimp seasoning. It will remind me of my honeymoon in New Orleans, we ate that several times down there.

Btw, my wife used to work at the Pace branch of pen air credit union. We used to eat at golden palace vietnamese in Pensacola all the time.

Thanks for the flavor memories of when I lived down in Pensacola!!

Would that firecracker be good on ribs or wings?

@Biggreenpharmacist @YukonRon I have some of that bourbon smoked paprika - it’s bomb diggity. It really adds a little something to paella or garlic shrimp...
    Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

I know what you mean. The last two years my folks were so generous I’m still using stuff they sent.  My wife threatened me against getting another box of rubs and sauces. Next year I’m back in for sure.
