Caprese Stuffed Balsamic Chicken

Stuffed a couple of chicken boobs with sliced Roma tomatoes, moz cheese, basil and sun dried tomatoes. Rubbed the outside with the oil from the dried tomatoes and hit with oregano and basil.
Seared in CI and added some balsamic vinegar, garlic and brown sugar. No pic of sear stage
Moved the CI to the egg that cruising at 400 with some cherry wood.
Plated.
Taste was great according to Mrs3969. I had to concur. Thanks for looking
