    Speaking of peanut butter spread on things - a local Chinese buffet has chicken breasts which were coated with p.b. and then fried and sliced. They are quite delicious!

    The newest fad is SV with peanut butter then scrape it off to sear. Sounds like comes through as more of a peanut oil sear in the end. Haven’t tried it yet but it is everywhere in the SV universe right now.

    If you are on Reddit I would start with the Sous Vide sub. That’s where I saw it blow up.
