    Speaking of peanut butter spread on things - a local Chinese buffet has chicken breasts which were coated with p.b. and then fried and sliced. They are quite delicious!

    Seems peanut butter is everywhere these days. It’s the newest fad for Sous Vide steaks (move over mayo sear). It’s like people just remembered peanut butter exists. 

    The newest fad is SV with peanut butter then scrape it off to sear. Sounds like comes through as more of a peanut oil sear in the end. Haven’t tried it yet but it is everywhere in the SV universe right now. 
    What sites are you visiting to stay up with the SV fads?   I’m getting bored with SV.  
    If you are on Reddit I would start with the Sous Vide sub. That’s where I saw it blow up.
