Grilled Scallops with Chili Lime Cream Sauce

Saw this in the Costco circular of all places and it looked good.  Origin is from Atlantic Cape Fisheries.  Quick marinade on the scallops.  Chili-lime cream sauce to compliment.  Had fresh lime juice, wine, Sambal, shallot, ginger and cream.  We liked it.  Happy Friday.

    Simple, elegant, delicious. Nice work.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Excellent cook!  What's in the rice?  Looks like it was cooked with saffron or something.

Thank you.  There are some saffron threads in there that didn’t steep entirely.
