    Did kinda a reverse......marinaded mine in an lemon/Italian marinade then used a bloody mary rub on the wings.

    Came out killer.

    Very interested in seeing the results you will have.

    Cleaned my grates and got lazy and did not oil them before tossing on the wings. They stuck a little. But look and smell amazing.
    Just moved them to the left side and added some hatch chili sausage and boudin. Never tried this boudin before.

    Wings were excellent. Hatch Chile sausage is always excellent. CH Boudin would get your *ss kicked if you ever served it in Louisiana.lol

    Nice, Darian. I like that BM mix, and usually cut it with some Zing Zang. Never crossed my mind to use it for wangs. 

    Any other rub or anything on them?

    Lol, great minds. I had to buy some Zing Zang to mix with it for drinking as well. To much pickle juice flavor

    For me it’s the celery. A tad much of it in the McClure’s Spicy mix.
