There are so many talented cooks at this event, it is amazing. You will be sampling a lot of great food all day long. We will be doing prep work before and after the meet and greet at our cook's spot. so stop by and say hello so we can put names with faces. See everyone Fri/Sat.

What do most people take to the meet and greet?

It is a wide variety. Several of the guys cook a bunch of butts, so there is a lot of pulled pork as main dish. Most people bring sides (baked beans, mac/cheese, appetizers, salad, desserts, chips and dips, whatever). I have never seen a shortage of food in last several years. And they have several eggs going on the front deck, so several folks cook some more meat too.
