Chicken and shrimp stir fry

I haven’t posted in some time but want to start contributing a bit more. Some pics of tonight’s cook - a simple stir fry I make quite often. The sauce is pretty simple - hoisin, sesame oil, chili flakes, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Because I make it often I don’t measure the ingredients, just eyeball it. The chicken is coated in 1 tbsp of corn starch with 1 tsp of Chinese five spice.
