Chicken and shrimp stir fry

I haven’t posted in some time but want to start contributing a bit more. Some pics of tonight’s cook - a simple stir fry I make quite often. The sauce is pretty simple - hoisin, sesame oil, chili flakes, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Because I make it often I don’t measure the ingredients, just eyeball it. The chicken is coated in 1 tbsp of corn starch with 1 tsp of Chinese five spice.

Very nice. Hard to beat the fresh vegetables of the summer....will only get better as we move into the warmer months. Extra credit for the fried lice.

I did a beef stir fry a night or two ago, I used some leftover chuck roast for the protiene. I mixed some General’s sauce and a Seseme. Hope you don’t mind me pasting mine here. Cheers!
