Seared Pork Belly ~ Asian Style

Figured I better post a cook before you yahoo's start harping on me.

Mixed up some Japanese crack, sesame oil, sambal oelek, grated garlic, grated ginger and brown sugar. Threw it in a food saver bag with the belly and it swam all day at 170*. Unbagged it and reduce the liquid to a glaze. Seared the belly on the stove instead of the egg (stupid maple pollen) and hit it with the glaze once it seared off

Served with jasmine rice and asparagus/kale mix.

Didn't suck.
