Planned to egg some simple chicken breasts about a month ago saw royal oak on sale 9.99 for the big bag at Walmart though what the hell, it used to be all I used and I thought if it’s not that much worse than rockwood the savings would be near 20$ per bag. Well f me. Dumped the lump into the egg and immediately noticed many pieces that looked like that had a weave or weird hair connected to them. Well it’s been over and hour and I’ve been steady at 400 for the last 35-40 min and it’s still smoking bad I’m preheating the oven for the chicken and will never buy royal oak again. It must of got worse or this is an exceptionally $hi11y bag. I though RO would eventually burn clean but I don’t think this one is going to. Plus I keep getting whiffs of this chemically smell definitely don’t want to taste that on the chicken

Recovering form some seriously good yardbird snacks (thighs). Baby back racks [2-2-1] are about to be pulled off. Shoulder will be done in a few hours... Then pulled apart for lunch content this week. *ALSO drinking some good ol IPAS while watching the cook happen... It is a good day here. For sure.

The church is absolutely stunning. I was able to attend palm Sunday there 3-4 years ago. Something I won't ever forget. Very unfortunate situation. Hoping for the best and everyone stays safe.
