We soak morels 24 hr in salt water, drain rinse and roll in flour, ziplock, freezer.

Take them out anytime thaw and sauté in butter.

Vegas isn't known for BBQ, but this place is pretty darn good. If your in town and want to get off the strip, Big B's in Henderson is worth the trip.

Have you tried Mabel's at the Palms yet? Michael Symons new bbq joint is supposed to be pretty good. I have heard about his location in Cleveland. Meant to go there when i was there a couple of weeks ago, but just didn't have time.

I have Honda pressure washer that has sat with fuel in it for at least 5yrs, probably 7-8. A $15 Chinese knockoff carb and 10 minutes of my time and it purrs like a kitten. Gotta love a Honda.

Did some pre Butt Blast wings with a rub from @Kill it then Grill it in his pre testiculotomy days. Good stuff. Finished w a sauce of butter and Franks.
