After cooking the bacon threw on some sweet onion to carmelize and topped the tots with said bacon and a healthy dabbing on canned nacho cheese. This meal may not have been the healthiest, but damn was it good.

Made a batch of Chicken Parm Meatballs. They did not suck.
seasoned chicken meatballs rolled in panko, pan seared and finished in sauce, topped with cheese.

I spilled it down my arm removing the oil filter. I have an oil extraction machine but it won't work on the truck until I get the right siphon tube.
