All looks great but that has to be the best Tri Tip I have seen. I can only dream of someone locally carrying Waygu Tri Tip. I am pretty much limited to Costco or Sam's for Tri Tip and they are generally choice. Still darn good eats but can't compare to that hunk of meat.
