Almost getting there with not allowing the salmon to stick on the grates...ive been grilling 2-3 times a week for a few years now. I will eventually get it down.

I've lurked here for several years also. Def have picked up many helpful tips during that time. Also picked up a truckload of Rockwood a few years back when we did a group buy, and distributed to those that purchased, including @MaskedMarvel. There's been discussion about BB'19 and I live only about a hour from Salisbury, and dammit, can't go again this year due to daughter's obligations the same weekend. I do, however, live near Elon - I'll put in a word for their W volleyball team to show up! 😁 I'll try to lurk less!

Hello. I use my original ceramic feet in much the same way that you do when cooking pizzas, too. Nice.

Not a total lurker because I haven’t been here that long. I have only posted a couple of cooks though. Just threw these on a few minutes ago, venison brats and kielbasa that I made from last years deer.

Lurker here. Smoked a meatloaf earlier this week. The recipe has been shared on here before, but here it is:
2lb ground beef
1lb Italian sausage
1 pepper chopped
1/2 onion chopped
2 eggs
1 sleeve crackers (crushed)
1 package shredded cheese (I used Colby)
mix thourougly, shape into loaf, apply favorite rub, cook indirect 250 for approx 2 hours, finish and brush with favorite bbq sauce last 30 mins
