just lit the big boy up to cook another 20 butts for my little boys baseball team fundraiser. Probably fire up the egg too just for some snacks on this LONG day of cookin and drankin. I’ll post some pics after daylight of the progress.

That first beer rightfully deserves a time/place of honor....like when you light the sticker burner fire. After that it's transitioning into stick feeding and adult beverage cruise control. Good luck with the cook-with decent weather, playing with sticks is a whole lot of fun. Gonna be some great eats for a great cause.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -

Had a buddy cook 56 butts for a Knights of Columbus fundraiser. They did 36 on Friday and sold out, and 20 on Saturday, which also sold out. They have one of the big Traeger commercial pellet smokers, so they didn’t have the smoke flavor like yours!

That looks like the perfect smoker for that task. I'm guessing you don't have any major airflow problems and the temps drop across the horizontal chamber is relatively low? Because of the reverse flow design and the reasonable capacity for airflow around the meat?
(I've had issues on smaller offsets with cramming in too much meat and restricting airflow)XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

It does pretty good but when you fill it up with meat it sure eats the wood.
