At first glance I thought it was an antique anal discombobulator. However after closer inspection, it looks like a slender, slotted spatula.
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
Status- Standing by.

The spatula is 3" to the handle, and almost 7/8" in width. The handle is 5-1/2" long.Judy in San Diego

It’s iust a thin slotted spatula. Good for various uses like pulling cookies off a cookie sheet (especially gooey ones), mixing pancake batter, flipping smaller pieces of fish, scallops, shrimp etc.

Can't help you Judy, but I am curious about that apparent list of cooking accomplishments or shopping list up there in the top left corner. Care to enlighten me?Judy Mayberry said:

Asking around, I've gotten a response that might be the winner - gnocchi roller.I've seen folks use forks rather than the grooved wooden board type thing so perhaps that is a legit answer.“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk

@HeavyG: That is a very creative answer. I can see that perfectly! I made gnocchi once long ago but don't remember if that tool was involved. Could be!Judy in San Diego
