We hosted our annual Christmas party tonight, but with a different theme.
Charcuterie board to start.
The pitchers had pomegranate margarita, guests seemed to enjoy that.
Flank steaks marinated all day, tossed them on the Hasty Bake:
On the board:
Time to eat:
My wife made the enchiladas, beans, and Mexican rice. She also went and got the tamales from an authentic Mexican restaurant yesterday. I love her. Neighbor brought fresh guacamole, really good stuff.

I was just thinking about that Hasty Bake scam because my gift from my mom is in UPS purgatory. Amy ordered and shipped to her house. My experience is polar opposite of yours. -

Looks great. I'll admit that I wouldn't have thought of doing that.
I'll have my kids and any significant others spending Christmas Eve at our house. So Today SWMBO has baked pumpkin bread and made chocolate chip cookies. She also made chicken noodle soup from scratch. Tonight it will be ribeyes though I haven't decided on the egg or the gasser.
Christmas Eve it will be St. Louis style ribs and a Beef roast with Yorkshire pudding for Christmas Day. Got cheese cake and Tiramisu fir Christmas Day too.
