After Salting... Cover with foil, or leave uncovered overnight

I just salted the turkey for an overnight dry brine, per Meathead's book.  But I am wondering if I should cover with foil overnight, or leave it naked?  I suspect that naked might help the skin get crisper... Any thoughts here?

Thanks...

Your suspicions are correct.  Leave uncovered

    Good luck on your bird.

Thanks... the bird will be naked tonight... Would like to have Spathcocked it, but I fear that it will not fit on the LBGE afterwards, as it is about a 20#er... So, cooking it the old fashioned way, but using Simon and Garfunkel Rub...

Will also put a bag of ice over the breasts while the egg is coming up to temp..  I hope that the ice bag doesn't melt away the seasoning.

As long as its a sealed bag of ice, shouldn't be a problem, even with the bit of condensation.
