Judging by your profile photo, maybe you could use more fibre.
    What?
    lmao.  You guys are funny.

Well, I had planned on breaking in my new CGS AR setup with some lamb ribs and charcuterie, but since Photobucket has apparently bit the dust, I'll also be spending some time finding a better media hosting provider so that I can post pics.
I’ve had 7,000 photos in my old ass iPhone before. Never did understand the need for photobucket.

I don’t know if I’m still a newbie - but I’m posting this cook anyway.  It is one of my favorite quick cooks.  Grilled lamb chops and tomatoes with mint salsa verda and garlic bread. Used one chunk of cherry and seasoned lamb with EVOO and S&P only.

    Wowza! Cherry is awesome.
  • Great post. Looking forward to the outcome.

Thanks for the tip.  By the way of course you have to kill it before you grill it.  Nobody tries to keep the chicken alive on the grill.

No you don't.  You see me and Cindy have to use subpar ingredients for our test cooks, as we are now on a fixed income!

Bought my butts at Costco, and read the package when I got home and they are boneless (d'oh). Never done those before. Any adjustments to the cook time I should be aware of? I'll miss sliding that bone out.

Ain’t no thang. Cook as normal.

@Jeremiah I use it to host the photos for my blog, not for personal use.  I used to host my blog on one of my in-house servers and the bandwidth that gets used when people view photos was significant enough to warrant me offloading it to a 3rd party provider.

@Cornholio I did.  It looks like I picked out exactly what will best suit my needs.

Joined in 2015 but just started posting this summer..

Didn’t have plans for anything in particular until my wife let me know that 3-4 other families are coming over later and that I am grilling.  :| These are my high school buddies so I want to hang out and don’t have time for anything but grilling.  Took the cheater way out and bought a bunch of chicken and beef kabobs premade by the butcher, grabbed a boatload of asparagus, potatoes to bake and lots of beer.  This is usually a weeknight type meal but with it all stacked on the CGS AR the crowd will be impressed anyways.

Seasoning the the chicken with DP Crossroads and the beef and asparagus with Salt Lick rub (actually really good on veggies, gives a kick).
Salt lick rub is salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne. That last ingredient would be your kick :)

Just tie it up with some string and cook away.

I know how to post photos on here, lol.   :)  The Photobucket outage and my pic posting comments are related to my blog only.  I'd rather be solely focused on cooking this weekend as opposed to dealing with Photobucket's server outage is all.
