Hamburger/Italian Sausage Fattie Melt

Made this for dinner tonight. First attempt at making one, was pretty tasty. Combined hamburger and mild Italian sausage in equal amounts, sprinkled a favorite rub inside and added sharp cheddar cheese. Cooked in the XL until internal temperature of 160 degrees. Thinking the next time, I'll chop up some pepperoni and add with the cheese.
