Hamburger/Italian Sausage Fattie Melt

Made this for dinner tonight. First attempt at making one, was pretty tasty. Combined hamburger and mild Italian sausage in equal amounts, sprinkled a favorite rub inside and added sharp cheddar cheese. Cooked in the XL until internal temperature of 160 degrees. Thinking the next time, I'll chop up some pepperoni and add with the cheese.

That's a pretty apt description Powak, I suppose it could be any number of ingredients, but the one I did was just hamburger, Italian sausage, some pulled pork rub, and cheddar cheese. Next one I'm going to use pepper jack cheese, and some pepperoni in it. Google "hamburger or breakfast fattie". Lots of recipes pop-up.
