Oh @Kent8621 you can make nachos on Keto. But I’m holding my idea in case this comes to a Throwdown. More to follow.

I’d say that’s pretty close to nachos.

Throw it down.   How bout a nachos Throwdown sometime.

    I love nachos.
Love this idea, except that @JohnInCarolina has a roccbox and makes unbelievable nachos in it, @caliking will make his own chips from scratch and @20stone will plant a field of corn and make his own cheese.
Thus my suggestion for a “top three”.
Is this a roccbox forum?  Couldn't we make "egged" one of the rules?  What is more unauthentic: fried wings on the egg. or bacon wrapped wings on the egg?  @Jupiter Jim I'd love your thoughts!

  • I cook on the egg for the following reasons
    I enjoy it
My family likes and enjoys the finished product
Not to stroke my grilling ego and  my "one upper " mentality a lot have on this site. I have learned a lot from some of the Old timers, not so much from the jackazzes that lambasted someone for wanting know how to reverse sear a 1/2" rib eye.
And for Pete's sake post OT stuff on the OT thread
