He and Loni lived in a mansion about 3-4 miles from my home. Think about it every time we pass. “Tara”You can’t get to Loganville, Ga from anywhere. You have to start somewhere else

Apparently at my age of 74 I have followed more of Burt's multiple movies in his long career path than many of you eggers here. I even remember that scene in the original The Longest Yard when the announcer said "he broken his f*ckin neck"! That was the first time I heard that word at a "big screen cinema". Then even more lately which may also have not been seen by some eggers here was the piece on Gas Monkey Garage which included shots of a very old Burt.

most of us grew up lusting black trans ams and sally field's a$$ because of Burt Reynolds. the man was just cool beyond belief. when he and jackie gleason or he and dom deluise were in movie scenes together you just couldnt help but laugh your butt off
Burt Reynolds was funny at a time in this country when hunor was actually humorous instead of all the PC and fear of offending someone nonsense we have these days
the guy got some of the best tail in history , no matter how crazy it was and its sad to see him go....i wanted to see him in the latest quentin movie he was about to make

I got my first dirtbike in 1980. It was a 1977 Honda CT70, and I proudly sported a sparkling gold helmet to match the one in the clip above. Totally forgot about that.
