    I made the winning wings for lunch today.  Even Mrs. I Don’t Like Wings liked them.

    Too bad they wont even matter at the wing doing. Winning at home is one thing, winning a tournament on the road, that is entirely different.
    I am doing the recipe that won the Cincinnati Oktoberfest wing championship, the Terra Haute River Days wing fest, 
    And the Dayton Air Show wings fest, all on the road, all first place....
    Bring it. Wing it. Sing it.
    When the bell rings, I will win it.

    Kay and I have decided that we will be at the Wing Ding 3 BUTT we are not going to participate in the contest because we can't cook our award winning wings that we did last year due to some new rule that we just don't understand. We also feel that someone else should have a chance at winning this year.

    Well when I announced that we were doing our AWARD Winning Wings again to see if anyone could beat them at the Butt Blast I was told oh no you have to do something different this year so there are rules for sure.

    Old Man? We have been working for two months on several new recipes butt they just don't come close to the Swine Wrapped Wings dusted with a secret rub from Canada and doused in Blues Hog Smokey Mountain Sauce cooked to perfection on a Mini Max Big Green Egg.

    We are NOT competing...……………. Just going to have fun and watch!

    I’m pretty sure the official host of this event, @Jeremiah himself, said the only rule is that they have to be cooked on a BGE.  That’s what I’m going by.  I say bring on your best, Jim and Kay.  If someone new is going to win, they should have to take down last year’s champ.
