Sous Vide pork loin with potato bombs

sous vide loin at 138 for 6 hours. The potato bombs are garlic mashed potatoes with a frozen cube of gravy in the middle dipped in egg and panko before deep frying. These are delicious. Cauliflour with Italian seasoning and fried cabbage. If you look in the background you will see the Parker Variant !

    No sir. I didn’t have my glasses on. However I do know. I like the stand and brush as well.
