That's cool.  What kind of bender did you use to do something that small?

Thanks. I actually tack weld small pieces of instrument tubing to a steel table and bend the wire around the improvised tubing jig.

Those do have some decent fat.  My wife likes hers filets but has learned to pick me up a ribeye if she’s getting steaks at the store.

What the actual what is going on here? The Anova has a heating element, not a chiller? Do you add ice and just use the Anova as a circulating pump?

@DMW I have ribs, wings, and a spatchcock chilling in the fridge. Ran out of space so I tossed some Yeti ice in the back and just let it circulate the cold ice water to the front.

@DMW that is with an extra fridge! Besides, I don’t know if I can plug the Anova in my cigarette adapter. (It’s a long drive.)

I don't have to go to work in the morning. Not sure that is relevant to what I am doing right now, but it is.

Oh, and my eldest has her Pre-Calc mid-term tomorrow. Her proctor is coming over at 9:30AM and we need to vacate the premises. Planning to stop by Costco and some other places.

I know. Hence the "I don't have to go to work in the morning". Not sure why she scheduled her mid-term exam for a Saturday morning, but she did.
