No Heinz products in this house that I know of. I use Hunts ketchup, Hellmanns mayo and Plockmans mustard and miracle whip. The miracle whip is for tuna only.Belleville, Michigan

Heinz makes red things, not mayo!
When I visit Mom, sometimes I bring a jar of Duke's mayo home with me. When I buy it here, it's Hellman's or ALDI (which @fishlessman contends is Hellman's). I really don't find one better than the others. Dukes is slightly different, but not enough to care.
Lately, I've been using ALDI organic ketchup. Or the Heinz stuff without HFCS. Not sure I ever bought Hunt's. Once in a while, I make my own.
Yellow mustard all tastes the same, so whatever. Except powder, that's Colman's. Dijon is usually Maille.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Sorry once you try Duke's nothing else makes the grade

I like Hellman’s on things and Duke’s in things.

Duke's is ok.
Hellman's too.
Don't really get the hype, except when comparing them both to Miracle Whip.
I don't use yellow mustard.
Either stone ground Boetje's or dijon Grey Poupon.

Dukes is a lesser Hellman’s but it’ll do in a pinch. Miracle Whip is for those weird families that drink milk with dinner. I like Heinz yellow mustard better than French’s. For ketchup Heinz or Hunts will do, not enough difference to care.South of Nashville - BGE XL - Alfresco 42" ALXE - Alfresco Versa Burner - Sunbeam Microwave

They’re friggin condiments. If you’re religious about your selection you probably live alone or in the basement of your parents’ house."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

A recent Time issue had an article about male contraception; while drugs are making advances there's still only two. Vasectomy, which is hard to reverse, and condoms which (according to Time) have a 20% failure rate?!?!?nolaegghead said:put your condiments on or you might make some babies

And I never did understand how Grey Poop-On ever stayed in business, that's NASTY!! Gimme a german stone-ground or even French's, first, please.

Not sure about Gray poop on, but for Dijon mustard Maille is what I typically stock. French and German and USA hotdog mustard aren’t really interchangeable.South of Nashville - BGE XL - Alfresco 42" ALXE - Alfresco Versa Burner - Sunbeam Microwave

When I cooked professionally a couple of generations back, we called mayo "whale sperm". Probably because it came in 5 gallon buckets.
Later we started calling it Jan. Jan was very fatty, like mayo, and a complete focker.______________________________________________I love lamp.. -

Have been trying to grow peppercorns here, but the stalks get so tall it’s difficult to harvest the kernels for grinding.JohnInCarolina said:
