Trying to figure the grain on this tri tip.  It looks like it all goes the same direction.

I cut out that small piece of hard fat right in the middle.

Great looking hunk of protein.  All in one direction is close enough although it does look like a little tail-off to the right in the lower pic.  Of course I have had a few adult supervisory beverages while watching the World Cup so I could be tailing off to the right soon on my own  ;)

Hold that thing like a man son.
    No limp-wristing.
I took a tip from you and started wearing my Quad City Three Wolf Moon Track Suit and the wrists suddenly stiffened up, and other magical things happened!

Like pawgs started gathering around me wherever I went, I cooked my first decent hot dog, antler stickers appeared on my truck and my cast iron collection mysteriously grew!

Next up.  Now it's hot enough to cook this spatched bird on the hood of my Silverado...thinking they may frown upon that I opted to egg it

What is the flavor profile on the Casa Seasoning?

    From their website.

Magic in a bottle? Almost. Keep this little gem next to the stove and use it in every dish that comes through your kitchen. A carefully crafted blend of sea salt, course cracked black pepper, garlic, and other spices ensures a delicious finish for all your culinary adventures. Crave that peppery blend found only in the finest steakhouses? Look no further!

Showcase the beefy flavors of a special cut of steak; use it on salads, potatoes, roasted veggies, or sprinkle it on lightly buttered bread and create the best grilled cheese you'll ever have the pleasure of devouring. You're welcome!

Got something in my eye while helping my dad clean out gutters this morning. Flushing with water and eye drops didn't help. Finally couldn't take it and went to the eye doc. He numbed my eye and got the debris out. Feeling much better now.

Heading over to a buddy's shortly for drinks. I suspect tonight might get rowdy.

Yeah, my budy loaned me his skid steer and it kinda just happened. Took the wife a month or two to adjust. Seriously love my Koi.

Big Moe Cason rub. Saw it some where and bought it a while back. We will see. Honestly the way these Wicked Weeds are going down, it might not matter.
