Brisket and short rib burgers ready to go. As well as ribeyes for Sunday. Burgers will be hit with a little salt and pepper to let the blend shine. Really curious as to how they'll taste. Only ever cooked ground beef/chuck.

if you were asking me, yes, whole hog. It's only 77lb this year, so not putting it on until morning, but firing up the cooker now.

earlier today, got my car back from the top, hood wing, bumpers painted.  not sure I like the pinstripes.  getting it machined in 30 days to blend it in.  street parking in the hot south LA sun has taken a toll.
Is the pinstripe a decal or clearcoated in? It might be nice to be able to remove it if you get tired of it. Probably not very paint friendly though

You could just wrap the whole car and make it look rusty

Leave it on.  I like it.  If anything, go bigger.

Hydraulic lift and bounce kits would add something. Thinking a CB radio, with an oversized aerial, too.

    Cool.

Just done 5 pizzas in the Roccbox, no time for pics as they got eaten as fast as I made them. What a great oven. Also, used the dough process from the Ken Forkish book, which makes life easy as it stretches so well.
