Creekstone Farms Tri Tip

Cooked the last of the Creekstone Farms prime grade tri tip I had purchased at a 50% off sale a few months ago. Seasoned with a Santa Maria rub and on to the small egg with a little red oak for smoke.
Reverse seared on the CI grid
Sliced and served
