Spatched lemon garlic chicken and fresh bread

The old standby: raised direct spatchcock chicken.  Lemon/oil/garlic/spices.  This bird looks kind of sassy:



Bread dough was made last night and baked today:



went a little heavy on the flour so it wouldn't stick. and it probably went a little long proofing, but still came out tasty.

    On another note, it is tough to keep up w doctors when it comes to incisions on boules.
