Big fan of beef back ribs. Looking like a meaty collection right there.
Gotta admit I am at a loss for the need for a smoke-house for Salt, Pepper and Garlic-but I'm willing to learn.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
@lousubcap , I light that smoke house just to have the smell, so I've been smoking seasonings , the SPG comes out great

2.5 hours @ 325 wrapped for another...done ...in the oven now @ 170 to keep,warm
