Actually using the Egg...Beef Back  on the Egg and more SPG in the Smoke House

Big fan of beef back ribs.  Looking like a meaty collection right there.
Gotta admit I am at a loss for the need for a smoke-house for Salt, Pepper and Garlic-but I'm willing to learn.

@lousubcap , I light that smoke house just to have the smell, so I've been smoking seasonings , the SPG comes out great

2.5 hours @ 325 wrapped for another...done ...in the oven now @ 170 to keep,warm

@lkapigian - racks of beauty right there.  Great eats await.  
For the past couple of years I have been partial to the beef back ribs over the short ribs.  I probably need to give some shorties a go.
