Nichole discovered a cook that we totally changed. We created Pizza Meatballs served with home made pizza sauce.  Went over well at B.B.  We/she made 300 mozzarella stuffed pizza meatballs that I smoked on the XL in 5 batch’s.  Hiawassee here we come.

Prepping for Hiawassee.  Hope to see you there.

  • You know I never saw these on Saturday.

Probably like that pecan pie she was intentionally hiding from me.

I see the lovely Nichole making meatballs. With a smile on her face. Not seeing the "we"

The version y'all threw down at BB was tasty. I'm sure these will be too. Can't wait to see the fest pics.

Don’t sass me @northGAcock my guess is they came out about the time that Bloody Mary kicked in and I started doing vulture circles around @johnnyp when he started that paella.

I finally snagged some pecan pie Saturday night and it was a win

Nichole’s Pecan Pies are special.  She will bring them to Hiawassee.

Question is will she bring them to a Tennessee event. I’m working on the name...But we need to do a shindig in Nashville. Lots of people within driving distance and an airport.

I saw them at Butt Blast, but went to sleep and they were gone.  I'll make sure to get some in Hiawassee.

@The_Stache and I are traveling together and we'll be in my pickup.  There'll be help getting it into truck, but when getting home, that's when the real fun commences.  May just have to leave it in truck and use it there?  =)  You gamecocks always have an excuse.  Us Vols don't need one - we just pick bad coaches. :|

I literally laughed out loud at BB3 when Nichole asked me if I thought her pecan pie was any good.   It was effing amazing.

I somehow missed Brent’s schwetty Pizza balls though.  Going to have to rectify that oversight in the mountains.  Giddyup!

Mike, DO payoff was far more important.  Thank you.  And thanks for bringing your Shirley!  What a cooker.  Maybe at BB 4.

Mike.....when you are cookin / serving Bloody’s etc....apparently no one brings about any food. The one exception...@jupterjim better half Kay, generally brings some of their items around. Apparently others should take note. By the way, you did get a Bloody right?

Brent, those pizza meatballs were fantastic. My Beautiful Wife got one of the few remaining pieces of Nicole's pecan pie, and she was nice enough to share it with me.
