  • Cornmeal and a wooden peel is definitely a big plus.  Also, if you’re a gadget person, you may want to look into a “Super Peel”.  I started using one for transferring very moist chibatta bread doughs and I find it works well for high hydration pizza doughs as well.  You can find more info on the Super Peel here: https://superpeel.com/
