Loaded Brisket Baked Potatoes

Easy way to use some excess brisket from an earlier cook this weekend. Got the small egg going at 300 indirect, rubbed the potatoes with olive oil and White Magic Dust (mis rubbins). Let them go for about an hour - then loaded with butter, cheese, sour cream and fresh chopped brisket that I mixed with a little bbq sauce.

These did not last long!
