The sauce was Yoshiba teriyaki, garlic, ginger and red pepper. Turned out very nice. Served with raw veggies.

I know I did this cook Just a couple of days ago, but we wanted to do another batch for lunches. Eating a lot of chicken these days (lost 5 lbs so far). Threw in a few skewers of hearts. Had to throw the hearts on for a couple of extra minutes.
