Everything on da egg tonight....

As some of you no, I have been dealing with a little health issue this week. It has impacted my talegating and egging in a big way. Tonight I will be getting back outside for an all egged meal.
Wife is out of town so I paid a visit to my butcher. Landed me a nice Porterhouse....hit it with some Esppresso Rub I get from Spice & Tea Exchange (Worthy).

Egg of choice will be the medium. Plan to foil a sweet onion and roast a red pepper. Rounding out the meal with some baby bells, butter and L&P in a small CI casserole. The veggies to roast first....and will then open her up for some high heat searing.

Things are moving along nicely.

Beverage tonight was a nice fresh lemonade. Happy Easter y’all.

Yours looks better than mine... spatched chicken with my own Herbes de Provence blend and some roasted Yukon Golds. Served with Instant Pot fresh green beans. Good, but not a steak! Your pics are better too! =)

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Scheduled for June. Had to delay it cause of the recent issues. After all....it’s a big deal.

Robin, sounds as though your small hands augmentation was successful. Serious note...glad you're on the mend.  As I well know; health concerns certainly suck. Outstanding meal :plus_one:

Robin, glad you are hobbling about again. And much like our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ 2k years ago, I hope that steak transcends the bowels of hell tonight and redeems your spirit.

I also added some gourmet  pepper spice blend  that I also acquired from the Spice & Tea Exchange....for full disclosure. Not promoting them....just using them to add a little zest.
