Shepherd's Pie
For me, one of the ultimate comfort foods. I use 2/3 ground lamb, 1/3 ground Angus chuck. Kiss of smoke from the egg makes it perfect. Happy St. Patricks day brothers and sisters. And Go Cats.

I'm with @The Cen-Tex Smoker smoker here- your flagship team/game will finish in around 30 minutes, then time to behave like a normal person.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.
